PrimeBlade has signed a exclusive agreement with Chemisolutions S.A.S. and Mr. Jose Noel Gomez.
The South America-based firm provides sales and support for the graphic and printing industry in Colombia and they are also working with quality partners like DuPont and Harper.

Flexo Tech International Printing & Innovations Awards, 2011-10-26
Together with Mark Andy and M&H Plastics, PrimeBlade was nominated for the Flexo Tech Award, in the category Innovation in printing press/finishing, for the 900 Nano I series.
It was a great evening at the Hilton Metropole in London and where Flexo Tech made a fantastic job as the organizer.
Also great to see all the good flexo prints from the printers in different categories, flexo moves forwards regarding quality and flexibility.
PrimeBlade Sweden is very proud of the nomination and to be part of this event.

New PrimeBlade Packaging, 2011-08-26
To meet the market demands we will from early October change the profile of our packaging. The packages will be printed in offset and be coated with a water based lacquer.
The box will also include more informations about the different profiles and the PrimeBlade products.

Arne has for many years been working as the Financial Director for Miller Graphics Scandinavia AB and as well for the Miller Graphics Group and has a very good understanding of our type of industry and the demands that we are facing.

PrimeBlade 900 Nano II & III, 2011-07-13
After the success of 900 Nano I, two new products is under development to meet the increasing demands from the flexo and gravure market.
Nano II is developed for the long runs using waterbased inks and coatings, to avoid corrosion problems and to increase life time further. First printing trials will be made during early Autumn.
Nano III is already out for the first print trials, has been developed for really long print runs and for the abrasive white inks. More information will follow.

Great success for the PrimeSeal Felt Presosaked seals, solving a number of printing problems in the flexo presses, such as leaking issues and also increasing dramatically the life time, perfect together with PrimeBlade 900 Nano series of blades.
The combination makes the life easier for the printer, much less blade and seal changes in the press.

PrimeBlade Sweden AB is setting a new standard for the doctor blade industry, by introducing the new 900 Nano series.
PrimeBlade Sweden AB is proud to present a revolutionary new range of doctor blades, using Nano
technology to optimize the properties of the Swedish refined premium steel qualities.
PrimeBlade 900 Nano has been developed together with partners in Nano technology, to find the best solution to treat different steel qualities to optimize the properties and performance.
The idea behind the product was to develop a doctor blade with increased life time, reduced friction and increased printing quality, without using the ceramic & nickel coatings that are used today and with the side effects this can have on the environment and other issues.
The first product to be introduced to the market after approx 6 month of testing with flexo and gravure
printers in Europe will be PrimeBlade Nano I.
It´s a revolutionary patented metallurgic-treated steel blade which will extend blade life to hitherto unseen
levels in non-ceramic coated blades in both flexo and gravure applications.
The blade will outlast any non-ceramic blade on the market, without any of the brittleness associated with long life blades, with no extra consequent anilox roll/gravure cylinder wear and at a competitive price.
Today many of the flexible printers are looking for solutions that will increase productivity, printing quality
and reduce down time, thus improving the financial bottom line. PrimeBlade Nano I will be a part of
that solution.
Additional products will follow shortly, developed especially for white inks wear problems and for printers that want to increase the life time even further.

PrimeBlade is proud to announce that we have signed an agreement with Custom Flex, LLC and Mr. Jon Martin to represent PrimeBlade Sweden AB and our doctor blade products on the US and Canadian markets.
Custom Flex is today working with a wide range of quality partners on the US market and therefore able to cover the complete market. They also have a well know knowledge about the printing process and the doctor blade products, to be able to support the market in the best possible way.
